At Chalice Collectibles, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain exclusivity and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all Chalice Collectibles hangtags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
